Cheaters always eventually get what they deserve—this time, a cheater got justice served to him from the daughter of the woman he was wronging. Recently, a woman shared online the story about how she caught her mother's boyfriend cheating.
The woman was out having a girls' night with her friends when she spotted her mom's boyfriend through the window making his way into the restaurant she was in. He was with another woman, but she just assumed it was a platonic thing and her mother definitely already knew about it. So, even though she didn't really feel like saying hi, she did the polite thing and went out to greet him. However, when she said hello he looked at her with shock. She could tell the vibes were off, but couldn't figure out exactly why… yet.
He then proceeded to tell her that he thought that she and her friend were “hookers,” and it just caught him off guard. The woman was shocked at what he said, but he just kept making things worse. He then proceeded to tell her that she looked as if she were on drugs. She most definitely was not, it was a 5pm on a Monday night, but also, she does not do drugs. But the cheater was so convincing that he gaslit her into thinking maybe she had gotten drugged and she didn't even know it. He kept talking about how that neighborhood is seedy and it's very possible. So before she could even register the situation they parted ways.
Confused, she texted her sister laying down the situation and her sister assured her that he must have been cheating. Now everything was making sense and she felt silly for allowing this man to gaslight her so intensely. She called her mom the next morning and let her know what she found and her mother was upset not only for getting cheated on, but also for how the man treated her daughter.
The man then had the audacity to call the daughter up and continue to try and gaslight her into thinking that she was just completely messed up the night before and she just wasn't in her right mind. That is when she lost it. She let him know exactly how she felt, she called him out for all his BS, and she demanded an apology for herself, her friends, and, especially, her mother.
The man did provide that apology, but it was too late, the damage was done. The mother broke up with him and the mother-daughter bond is stronger than ever.
